Our 24 Hour ACCESS LINE brings account information to your fingertips 24 hours a day by simply using a touch-tone telephone. It’s easy, convenient, private and free. You now have 24 hour access to your checking, money market, savings, loans, CD’s, and IRA’s. Plus, you can transfer funds between your accounts, make loan payments, get rate information and check bank hours and locations.

To use our 24 Hour ACCESS LINE, just follow the directions when your call is answered. You will hear the selections and then be asked to press the appropriate phone buttons. Have your account number(s) ready and, for your first call, you will need your initial password assigned to your account (s). You may obtain your initial password from any one of our Personal Bankers.

Once you access your account using your initial password, you will be instructed on how to replace that number with a private password of your choice.

After you become familiar with our 24 Hour ACCESS Line you can easily bypass the instructions and go right to the service you want. And remember, during business hours you can reach a customer service representative by pressing 0.

ATM / Debit Card

The ATM Network has automated teller machines nationwide where you can obtain cash from your checking or savings account using your Evergreen State Bank ATM card. You can also obtain cash from your Evergreen State Bank checking or savings account at CIRRUS ATMs worldwide.  Many offer you the option of transferring funds between checking and savings and even making deposits or loan payments.  

 Debit Card

This dual purpose card may be used to make purchases at any merchant that accepts VISA Cards or you can use your Debit Card to obtain cash at any automatic teller machines (ATM) here at home and around the world.  Debit Card transactions are deducted directly from your Evergreen State Bank Checking Account. Your Visa Debit Card is password protected with Verified by Visa when shopping at participating online stores.

PLA (Personal Loan Account)

Protect yourself from the embarrassment of accidental checking account overdrafts with a Personal Loan Account from Evergreen State Bank. Upon approval, your PLA will automatically credit your checking account in increments of $100.00 up to your approved credit limit, saving you an overdraft charge. You repay the money in convenient monthly installments. One of our loan officers will be pleased to assist you.

Savings Transfer
We can arrange to automatically transfer funds from your Evergreen State Bank Savings Plan to your Evergreen State Bank Checking Account to cover overdrafts. One of our personal bankers will be pleased to assist you.
